Kayaking
Kayaking is one of the clearest ways I know to reset. It gets me outside, puts me in motion, and demands full attention.
What I enjoy about it
I like the mix of planning and immediacy. There is the practical side of it—conditions, gear, timing, and reading the day—but once I'm on the water, a lot of the noise from everything else falls away.
Why it matters to me
Time on the water has a way of making everything else feel more manageable. It combines movement, environment, and focus in a way I don't really get anywhere else.
