Fitness
Working out gives me structure. I like the simplicity of showing up, doing the work, and trusting that steady effort adds up over time.
What I like about training
There is something honest about strength work and general fitness: progress is earned, consistency matters, and there is no shortcut around repetition. That rhythm is useful for me both physically and mentally.
Why it stays important
Fitness helps me feel better, think more clearly, and keep a baseline of energy that carries into the rest of life. It also complements a job that can otherwise spend a lot of time seated at a desk.
The bigger pattern
One thing I like about training is that it rewards the same kind of patience I value elsewhere: good habits, realistic expectations, and long-term thinking.
